If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item or receive a refund as per the terms set out below:
Returns
You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
You may return your purchase if you are not entirely satisfied.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds / Replacements
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Bamboo, by its very nature, is organic. This means variances in texture, colour and appearance are to be expected. These are not flaws or faults, but in fact integral to its natural essence. Seeming ‘imperfections’ therefore do not constitute reason for a refund.
We will initiate a refund to you via EFT. Should we be replacing an item we will then ship the replacement item and notify you of the shipping details.
Shipping
The Kindbrush Pty Ltd will be responsible for the cost of the shipping to return an item should you not be satisfied with your purchase.
